New Group Training Officer for the Surrey Training Group - Cezara Dan

Our new Group Training Officer, Cezara Dan

Cezara commented: “It is a pleasure to be stepping into the role of Group Training Officer. With over 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, fluency in 4 languages and a growing background in construction recruitment and training, I am here to provide support, guidance, and practical training solutions for our members“.

At Surrey Training Group, we are proud to offer a meaningful forum. This allows for open discussion to help improve staff learning and development. We aim to provide comprehensive advice on training to up-skill their workforce within Surrey and West Sussex.

Looking ahead, Cezara will have the chance to network and connect with our members at Group Meetings; her first meeting is taking place on 25th September 2025 via MS Teams. We are delighted to have her on board, and are confident that Cezara’s leadership will actively drive the Group’s continued growth and development.
